Welcome to YourCoSpringsHomes.com.   I have carefully designed this website to be used as an easy to navigate guide to buying and selling residential real estate in Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak area.  Knowledge is power in todays challenging housing market so my goal is to equip my present and future clients with the knowledge that will help them succeed and accomplish thier goals in real estate. 

I earned my Colorado associate brokers license in 2002 and am a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors (PPAR), the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  I am committed to following the strict Code of Ethics as set forth by each of these organizations.  Commitment to ongoing education and keeping on top of changes in real estate laws and procedures is a top priority for me.  I keep myself informed of new technology that may help my business and benefit my clients, utilize the internet to it's maximum potential, and have all the latest equipment and software.
