About Me                           

I came to Colorado Springs in 1985.  I also lived in Las Vegas, NV and ran a successful real estate business there for five years.  I have lived in several different areas of Colorado Springs and am  familiar with it's various communities.  My family and I love all that Colorado Springs has to offer and are so glad to call this city home.

I earned my associate brokers license in 2002 and am a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors (PPAR), the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  I am committed to following the strict Code of Ethics as set forth by each of these organizations.  Commitment to ongoing education and keeping on top of changes in real estate laws and procedures is a top priority for me.  I keep myself informed of new technology that may help my business and benefit my clients, utilize the internet to it's maximum potential, and have all the latest equipment and software.

As your personal representative, I am committed to ensuring that all of your real estate needs are taken care of properly - emphasizing the importance of constant communication, market knowledge, professionalism, commitment, and most importantly, integrity and honesty. 

I keep my business to a reasonable size which allows me to concentrate on and give the utmost attention to my individual clients.  You won't get lost in the shuffle.  You won't be just a number.  I believe in quality over quantity.

I am truly a hands-on agent.  I manage all aspects of my business myself to make sure things are done properly rather than delegate vital elements of my transactions to various assistants and risk something being over looked or missed.  I do all of my own digital photography, editing, scanning, data input, and flyers.  I create individual websites for all my listings for maximum internet exposure.  I answer my own phone and I take personal responsibility for your transaction and your satisfaction.
