I provide each of my listings with its own individual website to give it greater internet exposure.  The website address is www.YourAddress.com (with your address inserted ofcourse) so it will read for example, www.123SmithStreet.com.

My sites forward to a whole host of major home search websites used by millions of buyers across the country and the globe! 

You can also do what ever you like with the website such as email the website to your friends and family and everyone you know to advertise your property and encourage them to forward it as well.  I will also email your site to all my past, present and future clients and friends as well as all the agents in my office to give your listing even more exposure.

The website will contain not only basic information but links giving detailed information on schools and the community.  There is also a built in mortgage calculator so prospective buyers can figure out if they can afford your home.  They can then schedule an appointment with me directly from the site to see your home.
